In addition to our core digitisation offering, Max also provide a range of archiving services. These include conservation, our archives management and digital preservation services DRYAD and SOTERIA, physical storage for archives, our cataloguing and indexing platform, THEMIS, and a full range of archives consultancy services to help ensure that a new project gets off to the best possible start.
In the course of these activities we manage, preserve and store hundreds of terrabytes of data on a daily basis. Needless to say we take very seriously the safeguarding of our clients’ material and data, as evidenced by our ISO27001 and Cyber Essentials Plus accreditations for Information Security Management.
We take our environmental responsibilities extremely seriously and are delighted to have been awarded ISO14001 Certification for Environmental Management. ISO 14001 sets the global standard for Environmental Management Systems and Max passed this certification at first attempt, being granted for three years rather than the standard one year.
In 2016 we were granted the Royal Warrant for ‘Digitisation and Archive Services’ by appointment to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. We are privileged to be the only digitisation company in the country to hold this accolade.
